This Shipping Policy describes how we ship orders for custom-tailored outfits. As each item is made to order, our shipping process differs from ready-to-wear clothing.

Order Processing and Tailoring Time

All our outfits are custom-made based on the measurements you provide. Please allow approximately 10-15 business days for our skilled artisans to tailor your outfit. This timeframe does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time and Costs

Once your outfit is ready, we will ship it to your provided address. Shipping times and costs are as follows:

• Domestic (within India): 5-7 business days. Shipping is free for all domestic orders.
• International: 10-20 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
